2.1 Second-hand and Rescued Items:

Our collection includes responsibly sourced, preloved items that may show signs
of wear, reflecting their unique, sustainable nature. Each item is inspected
for quality and safety.

2.2 Categories:

We offer clothing, accessories (hats, gloves, sleeping sacks, carriers) and footwear, with
product descriptions specifying conditions. Color variations may occur due to
the nature of second-hand materials or having photo taken.

2.3 Quality Control:

All items are thoroughly checked and cleaned prior to listing. Product
descriptions aim to accurately convey any imperfections or unique
characteristics of each item.

2.4 Product Images:

Images on our website are taken to show the products details.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the
preloved nature of our items.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing:

Prices are listed in Euros and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the
right to adjust prices when necessary; changes do not affect confirmed orders.

3.2 Payment Methods:

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and iDEAL. Payments are processed
securely through Shopify gateways, including Stripe. Payment must be made in
full at checkout.

3.3 Offers and Discounts:

Promotions or discounts will be displayed on our website, and codes must be
applied at purchase. Pricing updates or corrections will not retroactively
affect completed purchases.

4. Ordering and Shipping

4.1 Order Confirmation and Tracking:

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your
purchase. Tracking information will follow once the order is shipped.

4.2 Shipping:

We ship within the Netherlands and select EU countries, with rates based on
destination and weight. Orders are shipped via POST.NL. The delivery timeline is indicative and not guaranteed. Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days within the Netherlands and 4-7 business days within Europe, starting from the moment the package is collected by PostNL. However, delays due to holidays, peak times, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Little Yayao cannot be held liable for delays caused by the postal service.

4.3 Delivery Responsibility:

Ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we are not liable for issues due
to incorrect addresses. Delays caused by shipping providers are beyond our
control, but we will assist in resolving lost shipments.

5. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of products transfers to the buyer upon delivery. From this point onward, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the product.

6. Money-Back Guarantee
If the customer, for whatever reason, does not wish to retain the article, they have the right to return the article to Little Yayao within fourteen working days after taking delivery. The customer must first inform Little Yayao in writing via email of their intention and must follow all further return conditions and instructions as stipulated by Little Yayao.

More information can be found on the "Shipping & Return Policy" page on the website. This guarantee does not apply if the article is not returned in its original condition.

Furthermore, the shipping costs of the returned merchandise will be entirely paid for by the customer. Under no circumstances will Little Yayao reimburse these shipping costs.

clear understanding of each item’s condition before purchasing.

Items may
display unique signs of wear, reflecting their preloved nature, and we
encourage customers to review all provided details carefully.

Third-Party Eco Articles
Our store collaborates with independent vendors to offer eco-friendly articles. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for any issues, defects, or complaints related to these third-party products. If you have any concerns or complaints about an eco article sold by an external vendor, please contact the vendor directly

any questions or require additional information about an item before

acknowledge and accept to follow our returns policy, along with our commitment to a

Variations in product color or size due to screen quality or handmade nature are not considered defects.
